Can you post an imgur url or something to a screenshot of the state you're stuck at? There are quite a few different ways to end up there, so I can't tell just from your comment which part to hint about.

I found 3 different ways to reach the last room, none of them allowing me to finish… Damn, that's hard.

the hard part is getting all of them through the doors. (you only have enough copy/paste to get rid of two of the 4 things, so this isn't a hint)

This was amazing! Every single step into figuring out the last room was an 'AHA' moment, and the game was tutorialized really well!
